PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Payment Method: Paypal, Singapore Local Bank Transfer (DBS/POSB/OCBC/UOB), Metrobank Philippines, PNB Pilippines bank, Western Union, Malaysia Maybank, Malaysia UOB bank, Malaysia Standard Chartered Bank,  Indonesia CIMB Bank, etc.

 

 

For local Singapore buyer, you can direct purchase with us either through our online shoppingcart, Ebay store, Etsy Store or through email correspondence / Facebook. You can have the option to make the payment either through Bank transfer (via ATM), Internet Banking (POSB/DBS bank/OCBC/UOB) or Paypal. Bank Account will be given during confirmation of purchase. After you have have made the payment through Bank Transfer or Internet banking, you will need to notify us your payment details through email, such as Transaction Date, Bank Transfer Details and Order number. Once the payment has been received and cleared, the miniature products will be sent out through local Singapore Post Office within 3 working days, excludes Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. Registered Mail of  $2.24 are strongly recommended in order to minimize the risk of loss.

For International buyer, we recommend you to direct purchase through Ebay store, Etsy Store or email to us.  Payment can only be made through Paypal, Western Union, Bank Transfer (buyer pays for all charges and commission transfer fee). Once the payment has been received and cleared, the miniature product will shipped out through local Singapore Post Office by Air Mail within 3 working days, excludes Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. Items will be sent by Registered Mail (signature is required upon received) in order to minimize the risk of loss. Tracking number will be sent via email. If there is no customs delays, items will reach the destination estimated 8-14 days.  Public holiday will also delay in shipping, depends on the public holiday duration.

All products will be marked as “Gift” with exact declaration value.  Please inform us if you request to include any information in the declaration form. You are responsible for the custom tax or duty fee in your country.

We will notify you once items are shipped out.

PACKING

The miniature product will be carefully packed. The miniature products will be first wrap in the bubble wrap before putting them into the plastic container or envelope or packing box. All packing will be wrapped with brown paper wrapping.

RETURNS

All Sales are final. No Returns are accepted UNLESS damaged items caused by careless packing. Items are carefully packed and inspected before shipment. However, accidents do happen or careless packing.
